With close to 12 homes completed in Urban North, we are excited to introduce Plan 5. We waited to design Plan 5 because we first wanted feedback from our colleagues, peers and community. And let me tell ya, it was worth the wait!
Plan 5 is a 1.5 story totaling 2,200 sq. ft. with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a 3-car garage. This home features vaulted ceilings in all 4 bedrooms, a 2-story foyer with loft above, spacious great room with vaulted ceilings that opens into the dining and kitchen area and a covered patio. There is also an additional 1,400 sq. ft. of potential finished space in the basement, perfect for a 5th bedroom, 4th bath and recreational room.
Enter from the covered front porch or through the 3-car garage into the mudroom. Through the mudroom you’ll find a powder room and laundry room with direct access to the master suite, upstairs or kitchen/dining area. The master bedroom is tucked privately on the main level with a large walk-in closet and master bath. The other three bedrooms and two bathrooms can be found upstairs off the loft; two of the bedrooms share a bathroom and the other has its own private bathroom.

Plan 5’s elevation was created for our new model at Lot 20 that we plan to have open in summer of 2017.
